(N.B. 25% deposit, which is required before a booking can be confirmed, is non-refundable. You are advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy with a Cancellation clause, such as Chez / Europ Assistance, which may enable you to recover non-refundable monies.)
NOTES
The owners Fiona or Bill will be at the property to meet you between 4pm & 7pm. Please inform us if you will be arriving much later and we will make the necessary arrangements. Also please phone us if you have arrival timing problems on the day and we will help as best we can.
Air-conditioning and Electricity is inclusive during the Summer Season.
For other seasons a heating payment is required (Allonnes, Saumur 30, Bourgueil, Russι 20 per week)
Size of party must not exceed Allonnes 7, Saumur 6, Bourgueil 4 and Russι 2 people.
Sorry: no pets; no smoking.
Baby equipment: we may be able to help. Please ask.
Latest departure time is 10am. Please leave the property clean and tidy, in fact as you found it.
If all is satisfactory, the Security Deposit will be returned within 7 days.
I HAVE READ YOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS ON THIS FORM AND ACCEPT THEM ON BEHALF OF ALL MY PARTY WHO WILL RESIDE IN THE PROPERTY, ON WHOSE BEHALF I AM DULY AUTHORISED TO MAKE THIS AGREEMENT. I AM OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE.
