What do you get?
It's a very old saying, but it's still true. You get out what you put in. This is never truer than in exam revision. What really matters is that we work together. You know what you need most and where your weaknesses are. The more you can think about this before the holiday the more effectively you will be able to use you use our time together. There are no marks for just spending time at your desk: we need to make sure that time spent working is effective, so that you can really enjoy the rest of your holiday. You'll come back to work feeling better. And by the end of the week you will have made a real difference to your preparation for the exams.
One thing I really hope you will get out of the week is feeling better about the exams. Exams are never easy - or at least they are not meant to be! I recently put myself through a GCSE and an AS to remind myself what the pressure was like, and all the pre-exam nerves came back. So I can help with that too.
