Gite Saumur has access from the main farmyard in the front and to its own private garden area to the rear. We want an efficient energy policy which keeps our usage and of course our, and therefore your, costs as low as possible. Saumur is fully insulated and air-conditioned throughout, and Solar energy provides most of the hot water. There is no lack of sun!
